Once you have create an Agentry application definition in
SAP Control Center, you can download specific Agentry application
metadata to include in a .zip file. The .zip file can then
be deployed in another server environment.
Download instead of exporting when you need more control over the application metadata that is
being packaged for deployment, for example, when providing updates of specific files for
an application in production.
- In the navigation pane of SAP Control Center, expand the
Applications node and select the application you want to
create a .zip file for.
- In the administration pane, click the General tab.
- Click Download.
- Select the application definition files, locales, and third-party resources to
package for deployment.
Note: You must make at least one selection.
- Click Next, then Finish.
- Select the location for the zip file and change the name as required.
- Click Save.
You can now deploy the zip file in another environment. You must define the
application in the target environment before deploying the file.
