Agentry Applications

Agentry applications are created by developers using Agentry Editor, and deployed and maintained on an SAP Mobile Server by administrators.

Agentry applications can be deployed:

• When creating the application definition in SAP Control Center
• To an existing application in SAP Control Center (either the initial deployment or an update)

• Creating Agentry Application Definitions
  Create an Agentry application definition by providing general application properties such as the application ID, description, security configuration and domain details. You can also deploy the application file to the SAP Mobile Server.
• Deploying Agentry Application Files to an Existing Application
  If you created an Agentry application without deploying the application file, or to deploy an updated application file, you can deploy to an existing application.
• Downloading Agentry Application Metadata for Deploying
  Once you have create an Agentry application definition in SAP Control Center, you can download specific Agentry application metadata to include in a .zip file. The .zip file can then be deployed in another server environment.
• Transporting Applications Between Environments Using Export and Import
  Transport applications between different server environments by exporting them from one server, before importing them into another one. This sequence of events is typically performed by administrators when transporting applications from a development local server environment to a test network environment, or from a test or pilot environment to a production cluster environment.
