ODPException class

This Class represents the exception thrown by the client library.

  Constructs a UserManagerException with specified error message.
• getErrorCode() method
  Returns the error code of this UserManagerException.

  Application is not initialized.
• APPLICATION_USER_ALREADY_REGISTERED variable
  Application user is already registered.
