Verifying the Upgrade

Check for errors in the upgrade log and verify that database services are functioning.

In the location of the upgrade log file referenced below, SUP_HOME is the location of the earlier installation that you upgraded. The default is C:\Sybase\UnwiredPlatform.

  1. Check the upgrade log at SUP_HOME\InstallLogs\SMPInstall.log.
    A search for "error" should not find anything.
  2. Verify that these services are started:
    • SAP Mobile Platform CacheDB
    • SAP Mobile Platform ClusterDB
    • SAP Mobile Platform LogDataDB
