Draft comment:
Removed all references to Getting Started CDs. Per Lisa and Maria, they
will not be provided for either DMS or Mobility products in 2013.
- Product Documentation
at http://sybooks.sybase.com/ –
online
documentation that you can access using a standard Web
browser. You can browse documents online, or download them as PDFs.
The
Web site also has links to
other
resources,
such as white papers, community forums, maintenance releases, and support
content.
Reviewers:
While the support content itself is not volatile, some
products may have different linked content than others. Wording has been
revised to be somewhat generic, while still giving users an idea of what to
expeckind of information they can get, whether they're on a Sybase-branded
or SAP-branded product, during this transition
period.
- Online help in the product, if available.
Draft comment:
Do not mention move to SAP Help portal at this time. Boilerplate wording
will be provided when we need it..
