The CreateSrvcCfg configuration property controls the service libraries
that are loaded for a particular DirectConnect server.
Values
no – indicates there is no configuration file for the service library, the server does not load a
service library.
yes – the server loads all service libraries and creates a new configuration file for each
service library that does not have one.
