Reloading the Sample Data

If you preserved the smaller set of sample data, you can run scripts to reload it.

The data should be located in .csv files in these directories, except for Adaptive Server Enterprise which uses a special binary file format with the extension .bin:

<RAP Enablement Installation Directory>/databases/hana/data/marketdata
<RAP Enablement Installation Directory>/databases/ase/data/marketdata
<RAP Enablement Installation Directory>/databases/iq/data/marketdata

Reloading the Small Sample Data Set into SAP HANA
Reload the smaller SAP HANA sample data set.
Reloading the Small Sample Data Set into Adaptive Server Enterprise
Reload the smaller TAQ sample data set into ASE.
Reloading the Small Sample Data Set into Sybase IQ
Reload the smaller Sybase IQ sample data set.
