RAP includes dbisqlc and dbisql, but Sybase recommends that you use dbisql to run queries on the historical database.
Set Force_No_Scroll_Cursors option to on; this can make a significant difference in reducing query execution time. If you use dbisqlc when you scroll through the results, you may see When Force_No_Scroll_Cursors=ON, scrolling cursor operations are not supported by Sybase IQ. You can safely ignore this error.
