There are several task you must perform on the on the
SAP Control Center server before you install SAP Sybase IQ
16.0
SP2.
Note: If SAP Control Center and
SAP Sybase IQ reside on the same host, skip
step 1.
- Back up your current installation. Before you proceed, make sure the backup is
readable.
- Make a copy of the csi_config.xml file in the $SYBASE/SCC-3_2/conf
directory.
Note: This file contains the SCC login IDs and passwords and is overwritten during
migration.
- Make a copy of these repository files:
- $SYBASE/SCC-3_2/services/Repository/scc_repository.db
- $SYBASE/SCC-3_2/services/Repository/scc_repository.log
