a_db_version_info structure

Holds information regarding which version of SQL Anywhere was used to create the database.

• created_version char
  Set to one of VERSION_UNKNOWN, VERSION_PRE_10, etc.
• errorrtn MSG_CALLBACK
  Address of an error message callback routine or NULL.
• filename const char *
  Name of the database file to check.
• msgrtn MSG_CALLBACK
  Address of an information message callback routine or NULL.
• version unsigned short
  DBTools version number (DB_TOOLS_VERSION_NUMBER).
