Download and install the supported version of the SDK starter
package.

appropriate version of Sybase Unwired Platform.
Launch the Android SDK Manager and install
the Android SDK tools, Platform tools, and Android API (compatibility package for the
device version).
Launch the Android Virtual Device Manager,
and create an Android virtual device to use as your emulator.
