HTML5/JS Hybrid Apps

You can develop HTML5/JS Hybrid apps (Mobile Workflow applications) for these supported mobile device platforms and versions.

The Sybase HTML5/JS Hybrid Container application is available on only Windows Mobile Professional, Apple iOS, BlackBerry and Android platforms. For iOS platforms, the Hybrid Web Container application is available in form of a template project with static libraries for easy extensibility and branding.

RIM BlackBerry

  • BlackBerry OS 5.0.x
  • BlackBerry OS 6.0.x
Devices are required to be paired with a BES and have the BlackBerry MDS transport enabled to allow connection with the Unwired Platform Runtime and to receive push notifications.

Recommended minimum hardware: 256MB RAM, CPU clock speed greater than 500MHz. Some 5.0 devices do not meet these minimums.

Windows Mobile
