Returns the Unicode string corresponding to the given number, or formats a string

Syntax

string uChr(params, ...)

Example 1 –

uChr(64) // returns "@"

uChr("\u0064\u006f\u0067") // returns "dog"

uChr(65,"pple") // returns "apple"
