Decodes a string, replacing escape sequences with their original values

Syntax

string uURIDecode(uri)

Example 1 –

uURIDecode(“..www.myServer.com/filename%20with%20spaces.txt") // returns 
“..www.myServer.com/filename with spaces.txt"
