Connection Profile – to apply or subscribe to a previously defined database connection profile, select it from this list.
Interface – select the method or driver
to use to connect to the destination database.
Host – select the destination database.
The options that appear in the this list depend on the
selected interface.
User – specify the authorized database
user name.
Password – specify the authorized database
user password. The password value is encrypted by default.
(Optional) Database – specify the database to be used
as the destination database.
(Optional) Schema – specify schema or owner of the destination tables.
(Optional) Click Profiles to save the entered connection details as
a connection profile. Enter a profile name and description before
saving the profile in the repository. Once the profile is saved, you can subscribe to it.
The connection is automatically tested when you switch to another tab. If you want to manually test the connection, click Test Logon.
