Set up a schema comparison job to compare database- and table-level objects in Data Assurance (DA) server.
Prerequisites
Verify that you have created an agent connection.
Task- In the Perspective Resources view, select a DA server.
- Select .
- Expand Data Assurance Server, then select Data Assurance Jobs.
- Either:
- Select , or,
- Click the button that appears when you select Data Assurance Jobs, then select Create Schema Job.
- Specify the schema job basic and option information.

- Click Next or Comparisons.
- Click Create to specify the comparisons for the schema job.
- Provide the comparison's basic information.
- Click Next or Data Sources.
- Click Select Source.
- Select a database connection profile for the source data, then click OK.
- Click Add Target.
Note: You can add multiple target databases.
- Select a database connection profile for the target data, then click OK.
- Click Next or Include All Tables.
- Select Include all tables.
- (Optional) Click Add Table to be excluded from the schema comparison.
- Click Next or Map Tables.
- (Optional) Click Add Mapping to specify the source and target table mapping for the schema comparison.
Note: Set at least one attribute—include-all or table mapping—for one schema comparison. Table mapping allows you to compare schema of tables with different name.
- Click Finish twice.
