Modules

The RFC adapter supports two types of transporter modules: transporter and espconnector. Transporter modules connect with and read from or write to external sources. The adapter also uses espconnector modules to subscribe and publish to ESP streams.

The RFC Input adapter uses the RFC Input Transporter module to retrieve data from the endpoint and the ESP Publisher (espconnector) module to publish data to ESP streams. The RFC Output adapter uses the ESP Subscriber (espconnector) module to subscribe to data in ESP streams and the RFC Output Transporter module to send that data to target SAP systems.

• RFC Input Transporter Module Parameters
  Set values for the RFC Polling Input Transporter in the adapter configuration file.
• RFC Output Transporter Module Parameters
  Set values for the RFC Output Transporter in the adapter configuration file.
• Event Stream Processor Publisher Module Parameters
  Specify values for the Event Stream Processor publisher module in the adapter configuration file. This module is specified for the input adapter only.
• Event Stream Processor Subscriber Module Parameters
  Specify values for the Event Stream Processor subscriber module in the adapter configuration file. This module is specified for the output adapter only.
