Create a Mobile Sales activity. Mobile Sales synchronizes the information with the SAP system.
When creating an activity:
- Select one of the predefined activity types. Your system administrator determines the activity type list.
Note: Before entering any data for the activity, be sure to select the appropriate activity type. Once you enter data in the New Activity screen, if you need to change the activity type, the data is deleted and you have to start over again.
- Enter an activity description. The activity start and end dates default to the current date and time.
- You can add Mobile Sales appointment activities to your native calendar once the activity is synchronized with the SAP system.
- If PIM Auto Mode is On, the Mobile Sales appointment is added to your native BlackBerry calendar automatically.
- If PIM Auto Mode is Off, you can manually add it to your native BlackBerry calendar.
