Saving a CRM Contact as a Personal Contact

Save a CRM business contact as a personal contact.

If you selected the PIM Auto Mode Home option, all new Mobile Sales contacts become personal contacts without any intervention required. PIM Auto Mode does not let you to save existing Mobile Sales contacts as personal contacts. To control which Mobile Sales contacts become personal contacts, turn off PIM Auto Mode so you can manually add contacts.

  1. On the home screen, select Contacts.
  2. Select a contact to view its fact sheet.
  3. Press the Menu key, select Add to BlackBerry Contacts, then OK.
  4. (Optional) To view the Mobile Sales contact in your native contacts list, press the Menu key, then select View BlackBerry Contacts.
