List Detail Properties

Use the list detail Properties page to configure the list detail attributes.

The default style for the list detail is:
  • Gradient color is applied to each row.
  • Odd row style is applied to all rows, even row style is ignored.
  • The row value style uses the focus style.
  • When focus is applied to the row, the row value uses the inverted focus style.
Property Description
Odd Row Style Click Search to find and select from available styles for the odd rows of the list detail.

Click Restore to restore the default style.

Click Clear to clear the selected style.

Click Edit to edit the selected style.

Even Row Style Click Search to find and select from available styles for the even rows of the list detail.

Click Restore to restore the default style.

Click Clear to clear the selected style.

Click Edit to edit the selected style.

Pending Style Click Search to select from available styles for pending records. A pending record is a record that has been changed but not synchronized with the server.

Click Restore to restore the default style.

Click Clear to clear the selected style.

Click Edit to edit the selected style.

Border Style Click Search to select from available border styles. The background color of the border style is used for the border of the list details.

Click Restore to restore the default style.

Click Clear to clear the selected style.

Click Edit to edit the selected style.

Focus Style The predefined style for the focus cell in the list detail.

Click Search to preview and select from the available styles.

Click Restore to restore the default style.

Click Edit to edit the selected style.

Assign Percentages The width of each column in the list detail, in percentages. The defaults are 50% for the first column and 50% for the second column.
Horizontal Alignment Choose the way the list detail displays on the screen for each column:
  • Left – left-justified alignment.
  • Center – centered alignment.
  • Right – right-justified alignment.
Use Hot Keys Select to allow users to customize hot keys for Previous and Next operations. You can select hot keys from characters a through z. The defaults are p and n, for Previous and Next, respectively.
Show Previous and Next Options in Menu Display Previous and Next operations in the device menu. This option is selected by default. These menu options are displayed dynamically at runtime on the device.
Previous Menu Label The label of the Previous menu. The menu label displays only when the Previous menu is shown dynamically at runtime on the device.
Next Menu Label The label of the Next menu. The menu label displays only when the Next menu is shown dynamically at runtime on the device.
