Starting Sybase Unwired WorkSpace

Start Sybase Unwired WorkSpace from the Windows Start menu.

Prerequisites

To ensure that Eclipse starts properly, be sure the PATH environment variable does not include any embedded double quote characters.

Task
If Unwired Server is not running, you can still create and edit MBOs and generate code, but you cannot deploy MBOs.
  1. From Windows, select Start > Programs > Sybase > Unwired Platform<version> > Sybase Unwired WorkSpace.

    Create a new workspace for Sybase Unwired WorkSpace Eclipse Edition the first time you launch it.

  2. If you cannot start or stop Unwired Platform Server services through the Windows Start menu, seeUnwired Server Fails to Start in Troubleshooting. .
