View the details of the connection between the coordinator node
and a secondary node.
- In the Perspective Resources view, select the resource, and select .
- In the left pane of the IQ Multiplex Level Monitor view, select Topology.
- Right-click the line between the coordinator node and the secondary node and select Properties.
The internode communication properties dialog includes:

- Link – name of the linked coordinator node and secondary
node.
- INC state – state of the internode communication between the
secondary node and the coordinator. Valid values include:
- Active
- Timed out
- N/A (not available)
- Unknown
- Secondary server name – name of the secondary server.
- Heartbeat frequency – number of seconds between polls to ensure the secondary
server is connected.
- Last successful heartbeat – date and time the last successful heartbeat transmission
was received.
- Time not responding – amount of time since the first failed heartbeat
request.
- Time until timeout – amount of time until the server connection times out and
the secondary node becomes inactive.
- Liveness timeout – amount of time before the connection is terminated.
- Auto exclude timeout – amount of time before the secondary node is
automatically excluded.
- Max connection pool size – maximum number of connections in the secondary node's
pool of INC connections.
- Current connection pool size – current number of connections to the servercurrent
number of connections in the secondary node's pool of
INC connections.
- Number of idle connections – current number of unused INC connections from the
secondary node to the coordinator.
- Number of connections in use – current number of INC connections in use from the
secondary node to the coordinator.
