Create an SAP ASE view, which is an alternative way of looking at the
data in one or more tables.
Note: SAP ASE views are not related to SCC views. See the SAP Control
Center glossary to compare the definitions.
- In the left pane of the Administration Console, expand , then select Views.
- Select New.
- On the Introduction screen, select the server, database, and owner of the new view.
- Enter the name of the view.
- On the SQL Editor screen, provide the SQL statements for the view.
- (Optional) Click Preview to see the SQL statements for your command.
- (Optional) Click Summary to verify your selected options.
