Sybase Control Center allows you to increase the size of your databases from the Database window.
- In the Adaptive Server monitor, select Databases.
- From the Databases table, select the database to configure.
- Right-click a row and select Extend.
- Select the Extend menu item from the context menu.
You see the Extend Database Size wizard .
- (Optional) Select a Device Name on which to extend the database.
- (Optional) Specify the amount of space you want to allocate to the log and data segments.
- Click OK.
The dialog box closes if the operation succeeds, else Sybase Control Center displays an error and the dialog box stays open.
