Cannot Log In

Problem: Cannot log in to Sybase Control Center Web console.

Solution: Make sure that Sybase Control Center has been configured:
  • To allow logins through the operating system
  • To grant appropriate roles to your login account

Ask the Sybase Control Center administrator to help you check.
