SAP Replication Server Options

SAP Replication Server Options may consist of a Replication Agent™ and either Enterprise Connect™ Data Access (ECDA), or ExpressConnect (for Oracle or SAP HANA database). You must have an SAP Replication Server to obtain the SAP Replication Server Options.

SAP Replication Server Options are available in these data-source-specific versions: for Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2 Universal Database (UDB), and SAP HANA database. See the SAP Replication Server Options for Linux, Microsoft Windows, and UNIX Release Bulletin for details about supported platforms and compatible SAP Replication Server versions.

ExpressConnect for Oracle

You can use ExpressConnect for Oracle (ECO) if you have a licensed SAP Replication Server and have purchased SAP Replication Server, option for Oracle, which includes the additional ECO license. See Obtaining ECO Static License in the ExpressConnect for Oracle Configuration Guide.

ExpressConnect for SAP HANA Database

ExpressConnect for SAP HANA database is installed with SAP Replication Server. There is no separate installer for ExpressConnect for SAP HANA database. For replication to SAP HANA database, use the license key that you generate for your product during installation:

SAP Replication Server, option for SAP HANA, or
SAP Replication Server, SAP HANA edition
