[CR #612737] If you install Sybase IQ plug-in and Replication Manager in the same directory, regardless which was installed first, you see this error when starting Sybase Central:
The library "dbput11_r" could not be loaded. Please ensure that this file exists as part of your installation. And the IQ plug-in was not loaded when the Sybase Central was started.
Workaround: None.
