Application Reports a 403 Forbidden Error

Problem: An application reports a "403 Forbidden" error message.

Explanation: This may indicate that when a user provided an application endpoint URL while creating the Application ID/ Template, it was automatically whitelisted. But later, when the user tries to change the application endpoint in the application template or application ID, the new URL is not automatically whitelisted.

  1. In Sybase Control Center, select the Domains folder > default > Connections.
  2. Click Connections tab.
  3. Click New.
    1. Enter Connection pool name.
    2. Select Proxy from Connection pool type drop down.
    3. Enter new application endpoint URL and click Save.
