Cannot Generate Code with Javadoc Option Enabled

Problem: Code generation fails when trying to generate code to a file system folder named with Chinese characters with the generate javadoc option selected.

Solution: To generate the code to a folder containing Chinese characters, you must first change the Language for non-unicode programs to Chinese.
