Problem: The Sybase Settings program does not appear on the Windows Mobile device, after installing the Sybase messaging client to an actual Windows Mobile device with an ActiveSync connection.
Explanation: This may happen if you installed silently to the device. Install with messages turned on.
Solution: Unselect the Silent Install option, then redeploy the Sybase messaging client.
