Problem: Starting Unwired Server from Windows services or the desktop shortcut fails.

- Ensure that the server license is valid and has not expired.
- Open Windows services to check that the services Unwired Server depends on for start-up are running properly. Identify dependencies by right-clicking the service and selecting Properties.
- Check <UnwiredPlatform_InstallDir>\UnwiredPlatform\Servers\UnwiredServer\log\<serverName>-server.log for error messages indicating the nature of Unwired Server start-up issues.
- Check <UnwiredPlatform_InstallDir>\UnwiredPlatform\Servers\UnwiredServer\log\bootstrap**.log for possible license errors.
