Nodes in Cluster Do Not Start Because of JVM Heap Space

Problem: Nodes in an Unwired Server cluster do not start properly after installing the Sybase SAP® Data Orchestration Engine Connector (DOE-C).

Explanation: If after installing DOE-C, Unwired Server cluster nodes do not start, check the Unwired Server log file for this message:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

Workaround: Add more JVM heap space to the affected Unwired Server hosts. See Administration Workbook > Activity 1: Setting Up a Highly Available and Secure Development Environment > Development Environment Setup Task Flow > Tuning Unwired Server Performance.
