Device Database Page Size Errors

Problem: On a BlackBerry device, you see an Encountered error while retrieving mobile business object error.

Explanation: You may see this error when you click on a mobile business object (MBO) that contains a column with data that exceeds the device database page size that is set for the device in the Device Application Designer.

Solution:
  1. Open the Device Application Designer that contains the MBO for which the error is received.
  2. In Flow Design, right-click and select Show Properties View.
  3. Select the Device tab.
  4. Increase the Device database page size to 16384.
