Windows Mobile Code Generation Fails During Compilation

Problem: The code generation process failed. The Unwired Server log indicates an error similar to: MSBUILD : error MSB1009: Project file does not exist.

Explanation: The default character encoding of Windows 7 is not consistent with the Java default String encoding. For example, if the generate project target path contains non-ASCII characters, the compilation fails.
