The level of detail in messaging synchronization logs is determined by the log level. You can view this information either in the server log, or you can open the logs files from the <SUP_Home>\Servers\MessagingServer\Trace folder.
- To include messaging runtime log information in the server logs, increase server log levels for the MSG component to capture events beyond the default level of INFO.
The messaging components that log to the Unwired Server logs are:
- SUPBridge – used to connect Unwired Server and the messaging synchronization subcomponent.
- JMSBridge – used for JMS messaging synchronization.
- MOLogSystem – used to enable system logging across all messaging subcomponents.
- Alternately, you can manually edit <SUP_Home>\Servers\MessagingServer\Data\TraceConfig.xml, to increase the default level of server logging. See Configuring Mobile Workflow Tracing.
