Running Commands in Batch Mode

In batch mode, the DOE-C Command Line Utility takes commands from an XML file instead of requiring you to enter them interactively through the console.

• Creating an XML File to Run Commands in Batch Mode
  To run commands in batch mode, you must enter them into an XML file with special tagging.
• Running the Command Line Utility in Batch Mode
  You use a different command to run the Command Line Utility in batch mode.
• Using the Silent Option
  Most of the commands in the DOE-C Command Line Utility support the silent option, which suppresses all user prompts. Generally, for batch execution, you want to do this.
