Adding an E-mail Message as a Mobile Sales Activity

Manually log an e-mail message as a Mobile Sales activity, if the Mobile Sales application is configured to manually synchronize these items.

  1. Select an e-mail message to open it.
  2. Select Menu > Log as CRM Activity.

    The Mobile Sales application opens the Edit Activity screen, and indicates the e-mail message subject as the CRM activity description, which you can change. The body of the e-mail message appears in the Notes.

  3. Add the relationship information.
  4. Add or edit any other applicable activity details.
  5. Select Save.
