Log an incoming or outgoing e-mail as a Mobile Sales activity.
- On the home screen, select Activities.

Tap
Add New Activity.
- In the New Activity screen, select Incoming E-Mail or Outgoing E-Mail, then Next .
- Add a Description for the new activity, then select Done .
- (Optional) Change when the activity starts or ends.
- Indicate the account or contacts associated with this activity.
- Tap Done.
By default, the activity status is Complete.

You can change the activity status, from the default Open, once it is saved on the SAP system.
