The interaction history for an account includes interaction type (activities, leads, opportunities), the status for each interaction, and the relative time period (past, current, future).
On the home screen, select Contacts.
Select a contact to view the contact fact sheet.
Near the bottom of the screen, select Interactions.
Select the data view: Period, Status, or Type.
Select an item to view interaction details.
(Optional) Tap Notes to view or edit the note, then tap Done.
