Replacing mlnotif.jar on Unwired Server

Reconfiguring Unwired Server for Push Synchronization in a cluster requries a patched version of mlnotif.jar that you must manually replace.

Prerequisites Contact Sybase and request the patched version of mlnotif.jar.

Repeat this process for each primary or secondary Unwired Server in the cluster.

  1. Stop Unwired Server.
  2. Replace the old version of this file with the updated file you receive. By default, this file is installed to this folder: <SUP_install>\Servers\Unwired Server\SQLAnywhere11\java This patched file corrects issues with synchronization notification on the server.
  3. Restart Unwired Server.
