Sybase integrates system management tools into Sybase Central, which users can navigate using a central viewer. Each server product, such as Replication Server, is managed by a service provider “plug-in” that coexists with other service providers in the Sybase Central framework.
Replication Server uses the Replication Manager (RM) plug-in, which provides:
A graphical user interface
The ability for system administrators to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot most replication system components (including primary and replicate data servers, Replication Agents, and database gateway servers)
Extensive online help that provides a quick reference for Replication Server concepts and tasks
