DROP EXTERNLOGIN Statement

Drops an external login from the SAP Sybase IQ system tables.

Syntax

DROP EXTERNLOGIN login-name 
TO remote-server

Examples

Example 1 –
```
DROP EXTERNLOGIN dba TO sybase1
```

Usage

Changes made by DROP EXTERNLOGIN do not take effect until the next connection to the remote server.

DROP EXTERNLOGIN deletes an external login from the SAP Sybase IQ system tables.

login-name clause – specifies the local user login name.

TO clause – specifies the name of the remote server. The alternate login name of the local user and password for that server is the external login that is deleted.
