Scheduled task is not repeated after ETL Development or ETL Server is restarted

[CR #584982] If you restart ETL Development or ETL Server, the Repeat Task option specified for a schedule is ignored; the task is not repeated at the specified time.

Workaround: Create individual scheduled tasks for each repeat schedule.
