LTL dump subcommand enhancement

standby, stdb, and status parameters have been added to the dump subcommand syntax to support with standby_access:

{distribute|_ds} command_tags dump [ database | 
      {transaction | tran | _tr}[standby | stdb | status]] 
       database_name, 'dump_label' id

**Table 2-1: New dump subcommand parameters**
Parameter	Description
standby / stdb	An optional keyword that tells Replication Server that the command is a dump transaction command that uses with standy_access.
status	Dump status: 0 – the dump transaction command does not contain with standby_access. 1 – the dump transaction command contains with standby_access.

Example

RepAgent sends a dump transaction command to the Replication Server:
