Verify:
RSSD URL – should be in this
format: jdbc:Sybase:Tds: <ServerName>:port for
the location of the Replication Server.
User Name/Password – the user name and password used in Replication Server for connectivity.
Use the ping feature in RepConnector Manager to validate user name and password.
