You are trying to remove an anchor for a row in %s that still exists. You must delete the row before you may remove its anchor.

Explanation

This is an internal error that is raised when removing a row anchor. A row anchor gives the location of a system catalog row in the data page. If any task tries to remove a row anchor pointing to an active row, error 14623 is raised.
