[CR #588179] When installing in console mode on Microsoft Windows, some western characters display incorrectly.
Workaround: Before you install the product:
Open a Command Prompt window.
Run chcp 1252 to change the code page to 1252.
Right-click the Command Prompt window title and select Properties. In the Font tab, select “Lucida Console” and click Ok.
Use the same Command Prompt window to run the installer in console mode.
