If you have not already done so, initialize Replication Agent and create Replication Agent objects in the primary database. If this is first-time initialization, be sure to follow the procedure described in “First-time initialization”.
To initialize Replication Agent
Use isql or another query processor to log in to the Replication Agent administration port.
Use the following command to initialize Replication Agent and create Replication Agent objects in the primary database:
pdb_xlog init
