If you have not already initialized the Replication Agent and created Replication Agent objects in the primary database, do so now.
To initialize Replication Agent
Use isql or another query processor to log in to the Replication Agent administration port.
Use the following command to initialize Replication Agent and to create Replication Agent objects in the primary database:
pdb_xlog init
