Initiates multiplex coordinator failover to establish the designated failover Secondary node as the new coordinator.
Starting the coordinator with this option has no effect. Users must be licensed for the Multiplex Grid Option to run secondary nodes. For iqmpx_failover values, see Administration: Multiplex.
